This paper aims to examine mindfulness as a potential mediator of readiness for change work Performance among health workers such Nurse, Doctors, and back offices in hospitals Indonesia. We are using the quantitative method this research. The partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach analyzed data. population is 206 Indonesia sample A direct indirect correlation between Readiness Change Work through Mindfulness value 0.736 with ? 15.731. proven function moderate.
